  • When you book and attend an appointment, your data will be transferred to your clinical record. If you don’t want to make an appointment, your original email will be deleted and any paper copy containing your data will be shredded.
  • On request, we will occasionally send you our newsletter to your e-mail address.

Sports, hobbies, accommodation data, employment data, sleeping and eating behavior, pet ownership, smoking and alcohol use.

Assessment and treatment details:
Health-related notes will be made of your assessment, treatment and your progress with any professional treatment and/or therapy provision you have requested and undertaken.

Payment history
Details of your payments and methodology are recorded in our tax records for submission to our accountants and HMRC.

How will it be used?

Your data will only be kept for the purpose of maintaining a medical record. Your medical records are designed to maintain a historical and up-to-date, evidence-based record of your care, progress, and rehabilitation. Your phone numbers and email address will be used to contact you about upcoming and future appointments. We use an appointment reminder service from TM3, which sends an SMS or email reminder to notify you of the appointments you have booked. There is the option to opt-in to receive it when you complete your data consent form.

Manage your personal information

We will not sell or distribute your information to any other organization unless you have consented to and/or contracted us to do so. If your personal and sensitive information should change, please notify us immediately so that our clinicians can update your personal information and clinical notes. Under the GDPR, we have a duty to notify all other parties of such changes.

If you wish to contact us for any aspect relating to your data and/or you have subscribed to our newsletter and subsequently decide that you wish to withdraw your request, you may do so by writing and/or contacting the clinic or the practitioners by e-mail at the clinic address below.
